Abrey is a founding member of the Company and has been entrusted with the responsibility of Managing Director.
He possesses enviable process knowledge and problem solving abilities. These are attributable to his B-tech degree in Extraction Metallurgy as well as over 15 years of experience in mining and mineral processing across various commodities including coal, diamond, copper, cobalt, gold, chrome, and platinum.
Abrey has proven his mettle in various managerial positions and stretch assignments across Africa where his expanse of impact included sales, commissioning and optimisation of various pieces of plant equipment including thickeners, flotation, and grinding mills.
He continues to advance his knowledge and make his personal contribution in his field through his membership of the South African Institute for Mining and Metallurgy.
Bheki is a founding member of the Company and has been entrusted with the responsibility of Chief Operations Officer.

Buti is a founding member of the Company and has been appointed Executive Chairperson alongside his Business Development responsibilities.
He holds a B-tech Degree in Chemical Engineering, a Diploma in Project Management, and over 15 years experience in mining and mineral processing within the platinum, gold, copper, and chrome sectors.
To make informed process and engineering procurement decisions, clients count on Buti’s extensive knowledge and experience acquired in Sub-Saharan Africa through practice of sales, commissioning and optimisation of various pieces of equipments including thickeners, flotation, and grinding mills.
Oliver has the overall responsibility of managing the operations of BEAKE Engineering Solutions in Botswana. This responsibility entails, among other things, planning, coordinating, managing and providing leadership and direction in order to achieve strategic business objectives.
Oliver’s Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering formed a critical foundation for an illustrious 25 years in the mining industry where he has had the privilege of working at some of the most envied brands in the industry including Debswana, BCL Limited, Tati Nickel Mining Company, and African Copper Mining. He has held various senior and executive management positions including Section Engineer, Operations Engineer, Section Manager, and Head of Engineering.
These opportunities have endowed Oliver with a remarkable wealth of experience in operations, project management, and business management in general.
